Notchway LLC, operating as ParentCareHQ, provides a care coordination platform designed to help families organize and manage care for aging parents. The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge during this period.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

Beta Service

The Service is currently offered in beta. Features may change, and the Service may experience interruptions. We provide the Service “as is” during the beta period without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notchway LLC (operating as ParentCareHQ) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
